Car Sales Team
Everyday our staff helps customers narrow down their choices and discover the best car or SUV for their needs. Customer service and satisfaction are always top priorities.
The new car sales staff is familiar with all things Chevrolet. They know the lineup well, and they can tell you all about today’s infotainment technology and GM driver assistance systems. Most work directly with customers, but some are online sales experts who assist customers in cyberspace.
Our commercial sales staff understands the needs of business. They can communicate how different trucks and vans will meet commercial requirements.
The used car staff is adept at finding deals for customers who need budget buys. They can explain the benefits of certified pre owned Chevrolets.
Automotive Sales Managers
While many managers are promoted within our team, we are always looking for real talent and management skills. We need intelligent managers who know the Chevrolet product, understand how our dealership operates, and can work with all departments to create the best customer experience.
Finance Department
Our finance department staff must understand how loans and leases work. They must have good computer skills and the ability to work with lenders. Of course, they are also responsible for good customer service, finding exact answers to difficult questions.
Service Advisors and Parts Department
Our service and parts department stay very busy, and they must be staffed six days a week. As such, we utilize service advisors and parts department positions to handle jobs that will assist our mechanics.
Earnhardt Chevrolet service advisors assist customers with any questions or concerns, allowing our service technicians to focus solely on maintenance and repairs. Plus, today’s customers have questions about technology, and our service advisors are often the ones who need to have the answers. Chevrolet MyLink, Connected Access, the myChevrolet Mobile App, and OnStar are just a few examples of the systems that are important to Chevy drivers today.
The parts department stays busy with the needs of our service technicians. They also provide assistance with public requests for Chevrolet parts and accessories. We also sell VP Racing Fuel and GM accessories.
Administrative and Entry Level Positions
There are a number of positions at Earnhardt Chevrolet where administrative and organizational skills are required. This includes those who handle receptionist duties. As with many other positions, computer skills are important to these roles.
Likewise, there are many entry level positions. These are perfect for those who want to get into the automotive business and someday climb the ladder. These jobs range from lot attendants to delivery drivers.
Automotive Technician Jobs in Chandler AZ
Our large service center employs many certified technicians. This large group of skilled and experienced repair technicians help our customers stay on the road. They are also involved in reconditioning for used or certified pre owned vehicles. The dealership also has an express service center to get maintenance done faster.
With so much work to do, we often are in need of dedicated ASE certified technicians. We also look for new hires who can be trained to assist with tire service, express service, and so forth.
